Hendrina Sterling Studio is not yet open for orders. This page describes the shipping framework that will apply once the Studio launches, based on the practices of our fulfilment partner, Printful.
How Orders Are Fulfilled
Products sold through Hendrina Sterling Studio will be made to order and produced by Printful, our print-on-demand partner. Nothing is kept in stock — each item is printed and shipped after it’s ordered.
Production Time
Printful typically produces made-to-order items within 2–5 business days of an order being placed, though this can take longer during high-demand periods.
Shipping Time
Once produced, delivery times vary by destination and carrier (USPS, FedEx, DHL, and Asendia are among Printful’s carriers): typically around 1–8 business days for domestic US orders and up to roughly 1–20 business days for international orders.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
Your total delivery time is production time plus shipping time. These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery may be affected by order volume, customs processing, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your destination, the products ordered, and the shipping method selected, once the Studio is live. No shipping fees are charged before an order is placed.
