- Order and account information, once Hendrina Sterling Studio is open for purchases — including name, shipping and billing address, email address, and order details. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

Our site currently uses functional cookies only: WordPress core cookies, WooCommerce shopping-cart/session cookies, our security plugin (Wordfence), and our caching plugin (LiteSpeed Cache). We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.

We use the information we collect to respond to enquiries, process and fulfil orders (once Studio purchases are active), maintain the security and performance of our site, and communicate with you about your account or order.
Who We Share Information With
We work with the following service providers:
- Printful — our print-on-demand fulfilment partner. Once Studio orders are active, Printful will receive the order and shipping details necessary to produce and ship your items.
- A payment processor — once connected, your payment information will be transmitted directly to and processed by our payment processor; we do not store full payment card details.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. We have not set fixed retention periods at this time.
