Who coaching is for
People navigating a career transition, questioning a professional identity that no longer fits, rebuilding confidence after a setback, or simply ready to think more deliberately about what comes next. Clients range from individuals early in their careers to senior leaders reassessing direction.
Common reasons people seek coaching
- Career clarity and career transitions
- Professional development and leadership confidence
- Emotional resilience and confidence
- ADHD-informed support
- Relationships and personal development
- Reinvention and decision-making
- Work-life balance and major life changes
How the process works
Coaching begins with a short introductory call to understand what you’re navigating and whether the fit is right. From there, sessions follow a structured but flexible rhythm — reflective conversation, honest questioning, and practical steps between sessions. Formats include single sessions, short structured programmes, and ongoing monthly coaching, in English or Spanish.
Boundaries, clearly stated
Coaching is collaborative. Hendrina does not find jobs for clients, and this is not a recruitment service. There are no guaranteed outcomes — coaching supports your thinking and your action, but the decisions and the direction remain yours.
Coaching provided through Hendrina Sterling is psychology-informed reflective coaching and professional development. It is not licensed psychotherapy, does not diagnose or treat any mental health condition, and is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. Where that support is needed, Hendrina will say so directly.
Many clients pair coaching sessions with Echo Journey™, a reflective journaling companion for noticing patterns and insights between sessions. Echo Journey is not therapy and does not replace it.
