Hendrina Sterling Studio is not yet open for orders. This page describes the returns framework that will apply once the Studio launches, based on the practices of our fulfilment partner, Printful.
Made-to-Order Products
Because Studio products are made to order specifically for you, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size chosen or a change of mind, except where required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us at hello@hendrinasterling.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the issue. Verified claims will be resolved with a free replacement or refund.
Unclaimed Returns
If a package is returned to our fulfilment partner as undeliverable and is not claimed within 30 days, it will be donated rather than reshipped.
Hygiene-Sensitive Items
Any items identified as sealed or hygiene-sensitive at the time of sale are not eligible for return, for health and safety reasons.
